What are Bed Bugs?
Bed Bugs are small insects that feed on the blood of mammals and birds. Adult bed bugs are oval, wingless and rusty. They are also red coloured and they have flat bodies, antennae and small eyes. These creepy bugs are visible to the naked eye but often hide in the dark cracks where they hide until the night, come out, when you are probably asleep and suck your blood. These bed bugs have been known to find any place to hide in the day and reproduce in things such as: bed sheets, alarm clocks, radios, the gap between your wardrobe and the floor, and even teddy bears. When bed bugs feed, they blow up like a balloon and become a brighter red. These nasty things are 1 thousand times worse than vampires! They SUCK YOUR BLOOD WHEN YOUR ASLEEP AND YOU DONT EVEN NOTICE!!
What does a Bed Bug bite look and feel like?
The bite of a bed bug is painless and it isn’t very often that it wakes a sleeping person but after the feed, they leave a big, red, itchy swelling on the surface of a victim’s skin. Yuck!
